Hey–I put together this blog for those folks who

1. want to know if I’m doing ok with the NAA thing, and
2. want to know if they can get in on the action. 

It’s a daily breakdown of what I’m doing and how I’m doing it.  Here’s the code:

• Dials:  the number of times I dialed a 10- or 7-digit number.  Not the number of times I actually talked with a person.
• AS:  Appointment Scheduled.  The number of times I hung up the phone with a set time and place to meet a client the next day. 
• BOP:  Blown On Phone.  The number of times the lead decided he or she didn’t want to meet with me at all.
• CB:  Call Back.  The number of times I spoke with a person who couldn’t talk with me at the time but requested that I call them back later.
• DNR:  Did Not Reach.  The number of leads I could not reach at all over the course of the day.
• Dials/AS:  Dials per Appointment.
• NS:  No Shows.  The number of appointments that stood me up
• RS:  Reschedules.  The number of appointments I had to reschedule.
• Closes:  The number of finished applications with 1st-month premium checks in my hand at the end of the day.
• PC:  Premiums Collected.  The total dollar amount of the 1st-month premiums collected at the end of the day.
• PE:  Presumptive Earnings.  What my commission would be for the day’s work, presuming that all the contracts are issued as applied for.
• D/D:  Dollars per Dial.  My presumptive earnings (PE) divided by the number of dials for the previous day.
• RCR:  Running Care Ratio:  The number of closes divided by the number of leads given to me.
